Mackenzie King Bridge Staircase Renewal

Ottawa Convention Centre promotes and develops tourism and industry in Ottawa and Ontario. JSCM provided construction management services during the staircase renewal in 2023.

The renewal was to meet with the emergency existing requirements of the facility, the updated Ontario building codes, and update the design for continued public use. The rehabilitation of three structures. Those are:

National Arts Centre (NAC) Structure

Rideau Canal Structure

Steel Viaduct Structure

The project is forecast to be completed in 2025.
