Royal Military College

The Royal Military College Renovation in Kingston involved a comprehensive upgrade of six buildings, including building envelope, HVAC, and electrical systems, mechanical penthouse additions, and extensive structural improvements. The team knew the sensitivity of this project as buildings on this site are over 150 years old. It was crucial to maintain their historic integrity while modernizing its utility. This 20,624 sqft project required meticulous coordination due to its multi-phased nature and fully occupied spaces, necessitating the construction of nearly 60,000 sqft of swing space for labs and classrooms.
